Pillars of Heritage

Blog 11

The series of identical pillars holding the sacred ancient structure remembers the centuries of sufferings, grievances and deprivation. They have seen unfulfilled wishes, unkept promises, and eternal longings of millions of people over the ages who came to find salvation. They still stand strong keeping the heritage intact weathering the raindrops, insolation of human emotions. These walls breathe history, bestow heritage. If you are immersed in them, you are in the right frame of mind.

Splash of Water

Blog 10

The frequent blows of rafts disturb the tranquility of the water surface. The tremors created by the external force, causes the change of the status quo. The waves carry out the news of invasion by a foreign object. The universal laws of physics are no different from the fundamental laws that govern our lives. The sudden unexpected external impacts create tremors in our life. Like the water droplets bounced by the frequent blows of rafts follow the laws of gravitation and return to the status-quo, after the moments of unanticipated excitement the tranquility and peace again restores. It is all about riding those storms and difficult times and having preparations for the next ones. No one knows the next roadblock.

Ancient & Majestic: Terracotta

Blog 9

Terracotta is one of the most ancient art forms of sculpture found on the Earth existing from approximately 1950 BC. It has passed on from one civilization to another, from one millennium to another and throughout its journey it has been transformed and evolved into various forms and shapes.

This unglazed porous ceramic structure has really ceased the time even in this chaotic world. It has a lot of stories to offer. Are you patient enough to go through them?

Holy waters of Salvation

Blog 8

Humankind has always found their measures of finding comfort and discovering their innate wisdom and peace. Some indulge themselves into lifelong sufferings while some try to rediscover the facets of untraced truth. The journeys are endless. Whichever instrument you try to embark upon, the adversities and atrocities always create a barrier. But, the endless pursuit of salvation finds its predetermined path as possibilities turn into probabilities.

Relationships of Nature

Blog 7

Limestone caves are topographic features found in tropical and equatorial regions characterized by high frequency of rainfall. The forces of nature evolute the topographic features found on the Earth surface authenticating its authority and control. The drooping water through porous limestone has caused the accumulation of calcium salts for centuries designing the landform feature Stalactite. Centuries of landform evolution will continue until the Stalactites meet Stalagmite in order to form Helictites creating a match made in heaven. These developing relationships will one day find their happy endings as the structure will become more resolute and withstanding with the course of time owing to the natural forces.

Curious

Blog 6

The curious set of eyes is looking for freedom. The primordial urge of roaming free, jumping from one branch of the tree to another lies rampant. The external surroundings although don't allow them to be expressive. The traps and cages we have set up for them to glorify our predecessors is nothing but unfortunate. What guarantee there is that the more evolved species in the near future will not make a laughing stock out of us? I guess that would be proper retribution.

Soaked

Blog 5

Toughest times precede the pleasant ones. The intense Sun drops below the horizon. Grasses finally find a sigh of relief as the temperature cools down. The suspended air molecules on the atmosphere condense to form water droplets that touch the grasses following the rules of Gravity. The lingering water droplets rejuvenate the dry grasses and prepare it for another day of photosynthesis. Nothing can escape the inevitable cycle of Nature.

Disguised

Blog 4

Only the fittest who find a way beneath the atrocities can survive. The defense mechanism inherent within every species we look at is the consequence of eternal process of evolution.

Camouflaged into the sand, this species has developed a defense mechanism that has allowed them to sustain in this competitive universe. Their unnoticed unannounced presence around the hegemony of humankind speaks for itself.

A wanderer

Blog 3

Freedom is such an important component for any species. Barring humankind, no other species have been able to explore new realms of liberty. Governed by environmental determinism these species have thrived in close proximity to nature following the natural cycles. They have found their freedom amidst all the limitations imposed by nature. The reciprocity of their relation provides a different edge to the humanly definition of freedom. If that does not arise questions about our nature of reality then what will?

Packed like sardines

 Blog 2

Serenely enigmatic blue waters and the backdrop of crystal clear skies decorated by clusters.

What more do we need to incentivize and encourage a generation of explorers to explore the unexplored, know the unknown?

Reaching the horizon riding on the boats to find a new horizon is such a revolutionary thought. What more do we need to keep the child with umpteen curiosity alive within us?

I guess there is no right answer. The answer lies in our subjectivities waiting to be explored again and again.

The gazing eye

Blog 1

Hypnotised??

Look deeper into the eye bulging out of the socket.

That little black pupil at the centre surrounded by the scarlet iris defines the steadiness and calmness of the creature.

Their eternal quest of observing reality is much more long-lived.

Nothing can betray an experienced adroit set of eyes.

Nothing can escape its sharp vision and immense intelligence.

Maybe that's why they are called one of the smartest birds in the whole avian family.

The four dimensional World in which we live in is bound by three dimensions of space and a singular dimension of time. The space-time continuum goes by as the constant of time can never be dwelled upon apart from human brain’s ability to store visual and sonic representation of memories. My intention has always been to capture the evolution of space over the monolithic construct of time. The very subjectivity hidden within the human soul thinks of the nature of reality in its own dimension. The constant discoveries in the field of Science and Technology may enable us to access the higher dimensions in near future. But, with the current status of technology, photography is an efficient and diabolic tool of accessing the higher dimensions. Freezing the seconds that goes by through my camera lens presents my representation of reality and my interpretation of the observable universe. I genuinely hope you will enjoy my roller-coaster ride of capturing moments and memories of madness.
